- Wellbeing content — mood check-ins, journal and positive-board entries, exercise activity, and community posts you choose to create.
- Booking information — triage answers and appointment details when you connect with a therapist.
- Technical data — basic device and usage information needed to operate and secure the app.
How we use your information
- To provide and personalise the Service and your insights.
- To enable community features you opt into.
- To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.
- To respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your wellbeing content for advertising.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, and protected by access controls and row-level security so that you can access only your own data. Community content is visible according to the sharing options you choose (including anonymous posting).
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@mind-and-mend.com.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Important wellbeing note
Mind & Mend is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device or a crisis service. If you are in danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
