Getting started
Is Mind & Mend free?
The core wellbeing features — mood check-ins, exercises, the community, and resources — are free to use. Some services, such as booking certain therapists, may have their own fees.
Which devices are supported?
Mind & Mend is launching on Android first, with more platforms planned. Follow along from this site for updates.
How do I create an account?
Download the app, tap Sign up, and enter your name, email and a password. We'll email you a 6-digit code to confirm your address.
Using the app
Can I post anonymously in the community?
Yes. The community supports anonymous-optional posting, so you can choose how much to share each time.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot password”. We'll email you a 6-digit code; enter it in the app along with your new password.
What are the daily check-ins for?
They take under a minute and help you notice how you feel. Over time, they reveal patterns and trends that make the ups and downs easier to understand.
Safety & privacy
Is Mind & Mend a replacement for therapy?
No. Mind & Mend is a wellbeing companion, not a medical service. It can support your day-to-day mental wellbeing and help you find professional care, but it does not replace diagnosis or treatment from a qualified provider.
What do I do in a crisis?
Mind & Mend is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away. The app also has a crisis support section with quick links.
How is my data protected?
Your data is stored securely with row-level security so you can access only your own information. We never sell your data or use your wellbeing content for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in Profile → Settings → Delete account, or by emailing privacy@mind-and-mend.com. See the Account & Data Deletion page for what's removed.
